Evaluation of the Effect of Fracture Line Type on Repair Resistance in Acrylic Resins Repaired with Graphene Oxide

AMAÇ: Farklı kırık hattı şekillerinin ve aralıklarının grafen oksit ile tamir edilmiş polimetil metakrilat (PMMA) rezin örneklerinin kırılma dayanımına olan etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. GEREÇ VE YÖNTEMLER: 65×10×3 mm boyutunda 50 adet standart mum örnek metal bir kalıp kullanılarak hazırlandı. Hazırlanan örnekler 5 gruba (n=10) ayrıldı; grup 1: kontrol grubu (kırık oluşturulmayan), 2: 0 boşluk düz yüzeyli hattı, 3: 45° bevel 4: 2.5 5: hattı. Örneklerin PMMA tozuna %2 oranında ilave edilerek edildi. Tüm gruplardaki örneklere başlık hızı 0.5 mm/dak universal test cihazı 3 nokta bükülme testi hattının orta noktasından uygulandı. Sonuçlar normal dağılım gösteren gruplarda ANOVA Tukey HSD kullanılarak, göstermeyen ise Kruskall-Wallis H değerlendirildi. p<0,05 değeri istatistiksel olarak anlamlı kabul BULGULAR: En yüksek dayanımı grubunda elde (123.92±13.99 MPa). düşük değer 4’te (39.01±8.23 MPa) kaydedildi. Bevel oluşturulan örneklerin dayanımı, hatlı örneklerden derecede daha bulundu. (p<0,05). Çalışmada sonrası reziliensinde azalma gözlenmiş ancak gruplar arası fark bulunmamıştır. (p=0,083). SONUÇ: Grafen edilen akrilik örneklerde hattına göre dayanımının artırılmasında önemli avantaj sağlamıştır.
